"I am not a client but recently was involved in an auto accident with their client in Nebraska. I reported the accident to this agency and was assigned to an agent (Melissa). I took pictures of the accident and of the highway of the accident. I submitted these pictures to her. Then after a few days, I received a phone call telling me that both drivers gave two different accounts of the accident. BS!!! Their client crossed the median and slammed into the front end of my car (I am going westbound on 75 to 80W and he ended up on my side of the highway. If I crossed on his lane, we would have ended up on his side of the highway (he was going eastbound 80E). Their client barely spoke English (He was an 70 year old Hispanic male probably from Mexico) and admitted he was “Sorry, I am sorry”. Now, this agency states that he says I crossed over and slammed into his old white Dodge Caravan. Bullcrap! I will file another claim with my insurance and will be pursuing other means to recoup damages caused by their client. I figured they would deny the claim since it was an out of state accident. Agent states they cannot prove who was at fault. Pictures do not lie but this State Farm does. Pictures clearly show my side of the highway with an overpass on the westbound lanes. The Eastbound lanes (the direction their client was traveling) do not have a overpass. State Farm is known for doing this type of service as I heard from people that used to deal with State Farm. Avoid this company if looking for insurance coverage. I am very disappointed and disgusted that they protect their own even when their client is at fault especially if it’s an out of state accident!!"

"STATE FARM COMPANY OFFERS YOU CHEAP POLICIES FOR YOUR HOUSE AND YOUR CAR, THE AGENTS OF THIS INSURANCE OFFER YOU THE CHEAPEST INSURANCES AND THAT THE COVERAGES ARE GOOD BUT IT IS A LIE, THERE WAS MISLEADING ME, SO A FEW WEEKS AGAIN I PASS A STRONG WINDOW that damaged the ROOF OF MY HOUSE and the repair costs $ 8,000 dollars, but now they, the State Farm agents say that it does not cover that repair, that due to a tornado or tornado they do not respond, now I have to see how I do to repair my roof, which also damaged one of the rooms due to the rains. Be careful, friend, with these companies that, because they want to sell, offer you cheap insurance and when you need them, you get what is NOT COVERED. I recommend you to look for another insurance company, even if it is expensive but they respond to you in an emergency."
